I am in Follonica near Grosetto. I went to a lawyer near my place. She could not understand me and was very traditional. She did not see my problem. I can not speak Italian very well too.

My son hasn't got any card but he has got Italian passport only. As you said in his passport my name there as his mother and his father's name and he can travel only with one of us. He has got birth...

I have been married to an Italian and lived in England for about 3 and half years under Non EU family member visa (residency card). Moved to Italy in Dec 2010 when I was in 7 months of my pregnancy....
