Default How long can stay out of Italy?

Dear all,

Holding 'carta di soggiorno', maximum how long can I stay out of the country in order to protect the validation?

Do I have to change it when I change the house to another province in the same region?

Sorry, can't help you with how long you can stay out of the country. Most of us here are British/EU citizen so different rules apply for us. I do know that once you have your new residency you must up-date your permit at the local questura.
