Why would he paid US taxes? he never worked in the US last year, he left his job in the UK before he got his PR and travelled to the US, so is he laible for us taxes?

Thank you, another question as he only got his PR in Sep 2012 do we have to put down his work pay before he got his PR? since Sep 2012 he has not worked in the USA and look after our child.

I had my medical in London on 24th July 2012 for Spouse visa too. We got there about half a hours early and took a seat. All staff are really friendly and helpful.

My only advice I will give to all going though the process is dont worry, yes easy to say but much harder to do!

staff their so helpful and friendly, all the worrying over nothing.

After a short wait just under 2 weeks , from sending in ds 230. We have our interview date and time for 21 Aug 2012 morning very happy!

Ok now I understand, thank you all for puttingm y mind to rest.

So much worry over this visa and stress. Now all the stressing I got left is the interview and weather they give me the Visa or not....

Yea what I keep telling my hubby, but he thiinks overweight and high blood pressure is an issue.

He has his medical on tuesday 24th, just hope all goes well.

I have a question on the medical, would being overweight, high blood pressure (but never high enough to take med's) BMI of 34 and eczema would that be an issue on the medical or are they looking for...
