I do keep an eye on the rates, but don't religiously make a note of every change. Over time the good months even out the pants months. If they want to argue over a few cents so be it.

True. This makes a mockery of the PAYG plan against a contract!
Telus and Rogers do a $100 PAYG plan that lasts for up to 1 year between top ups.
Good if you dont use your cell phone much.
