So from what I can gather is, you arrive in Oz with a clean slate, no matter how bad your credit rating was in UK, is this correct?

Ex Forces

Are there any Ex Forces clubs, RBL in the Perth area? Relocating to Perth in mid/late April and would love to be a part of any clubs that maybe around.

Well we are looking at quinns or butler, my brother lives in butler and my mum lives in thornlie, will prob stay with my mum until we find our feet then settle in the northern suburbs

We have only been together 4 years and we are not married, a partner visa was all I could get I believe, not got visa yet, awaiting medical results and police check to come back

I'm pretty sure that if you are an Oz citizen you DON'T have to be resident in Australia to apply, I was in the same boat and all went smoothly, just waiting for med and police check but she passed...

I'm coming over on a 2 year temp partner visa as my other Hal and our son are oz citizens, I believe my visa goes from temp to permanent after 2 years, then I am able to claim citizenship.if I wish....

We will be settling in Perth, I'm just wondering what uni to go for, costs etc. I have a 16 month yr old boy so I'll be looking at trying to fit studying around him etc
