I was told that Salam tunnel will open in a few months by an engineer who works for some AD authority and he was pretty sure about his stuff, so that's a big + for SAS. The only thing that worry me...

The 4br go for 180k now which I find a fantastic value for money. And the villa we looked at was pretty far from the power lines. For info the 3br go for 160k. We liked the size of the rooms and...

We visited a compound called Sas Al Nakhl and we actually like it very much, and the price is pretty reasonable for a 4br. We may end up there. How is living there and commuting to the Corniche...

Thanks, definitely thinking of Nahyan. The Sun tower amenities are really amazing, but I think overall we'll be better off in the small compound with the tiny swimming pool for now. We'll have to...

Yes those ones, the 3br on the ground floor, close to the one to one hotel. They are surely apartments but with a small yard and terrace where you can fit a table and some chairs. The swimming pool...

There is a room for negotiation, a very tiny one, but just for the basic. Forget about grades or allowances as they are fixed (their standards)...
