I got a DHL notice today, but the "document" is sent from the Embassy in Washington DC, not the UK. I sent my passport application in Nov 10, fees charged on the VISA Nov 18. Have a bad feeling...

All it means is that you're going to have a UK iTunes account to buy Apps & still be able to use your already purchased Apps you bought on any other country...

I had to take the Academic IELTS back in May as part of my application process to work in health care in the UK (I'm Canadian-British, lived in Canada all my life & now heading to the UK for a bit)....
