Nearly Back

After 6 yrs in Austraralia....nearly back home in NW England.
House sold.money transferred.
Wife and child went 2 weeks ago to prepare for new job..got good primary and secondary school. House...

Exact same time, scenario and feelings,but in Australia
Offer on house, but massive rebuilding job back home, regret moving in the first place.

Moving Cash Back From Oz

Used HIFX every time, no problems.

Wouldyou send a big chunk of cash back in one go , or play safe and split it in two....stressful process until in uk bank.

Hi All

Are there ANY insurance companies that would recognize no claims on house or motor insurances ? -Seems a shame if you have clean records.

True, but OZ also its a massive internal housing bubble, the only one not to correct itself.
Uk too mired in debt to recover,and worse eurozone yet to come.
