That sounds like the same email I got, then when you do contact them after a year they say the time scale is up to 15 months :thumbdown:
The only thing that might of worked was when after 18 months,...

we have 3 dogs and a daughter with asthma, she has built up a tolerance and can manage it.
Dogs should be part of the family :) Couldn't imagine keeping my boys outside

I actually got them :thumbsup: Turned up in the post today, from Sydney, Canada.
