But in general, holiday time will vary by employer.





Sick days will vary by employer. Parental leave is another issue entirely.

For the majority of positions teaching at a college a degree will be required. Without a degree there is no way that one can teach at a university.

If you are both British you do not need to apply for him to get citizenship as he automatically has it. You should just need to apply for his passport and provide all of the required documentation.

Buy a carry case for the laptop and walk through with it on your shoulder so as to avoid paying tax on it. I have never once been questioned about a laptop when arriving in the UK.
