When one takes into account the sheer incompetancy of the USCIS or whatever it is being called today, one has to wonder if privatising the *running*ie: paperwork processing in the US, not the visa...

Ooooops! Wrong URL. You are right, it is easier to go to the UK than try to come here for a spouse, so much so a britam couple i know just jacked in the K1 process and she has gone to live in the UK....
