Thanks for letting me know. I'm going to call docs on Monday on the list and ask how much they cost. I have a feeling it depends on how many tests they decide you need in the end.

I'd contact them to check to be on the safe side they can always reissue you another letter as it was their mistake. Better waiting a few weeks for another letter than having to sort something out...
