I am on my dad's health insurance I am just trying to fight paying for it (its incredibly corrupt that we have to pay not to get pregnant).

Did you declare the pills when you came into the states? Im moving to SF, I noticed it says you're from Northern CA. Can you just drop into planned parenthood and get pills? How much are pills?

My husband got his visa application approved this morning, so we're all set to move to the States in the next couple of months :). One question. Return tickets for December are much cheaper...

had the i-130 interview and was approved. Now what?

Way back in Feb we applied for the i-130 visa. This morning my husband had his interview at the embassy and he got approved! We paid the courier fee etc

This means we got the Green Card right?...

Yes, we are living in the UK right now. My income in earned in the UK. Once we get to the states I will have to look for a job out there.

If my income in the uk is irrelevant, why have they asked...

Because we applied on the same day we were legally able to.

I sent it to the london USCIS Field Office.

We sent a real size photocopy of our uk Registry office marriage certificate.

Federal tax returns

I am a USC and my Husband is a UKC we have just sent in our I-130 petition. I am aware that the next step is the i-864 (ATTACHED).
In section 25 of the form it asks about Federal income tax return...
