What is the interview like at the London Embassy for the I-130 petition?

There is almost never an interview for an I-130, especially in London. I have only read of one.

Those were visa interviews, not I-130 petition interviews, one of them for a K1 fiance(e) visa (no I-130 involved).

You can find lots of them in the DCF threads and ones titled with 'Immigrant Visa'. They are pretty low key affairs, mainly checking the required documents.
