If you had the antibody test and it showed you were immune then you wont have to get the chicken pox shot. I wish i had , had that option at the time.
I never saw it written anywhere.

Thats what I thought. My doc in UK said I would be ok on chicken pox and the tetanus, but they are strict here. I was worried about being older and having those shots again.They also did the MMR.

I didnt set my wedding date until i had the visa in hand either.
We had place picked and dates we wanted . but didnt confirm until then.

I never had Chicken Pox as a child.And strangely enough didnt get any other childhood diseases.
And since we are vaccinated as children in UK no proof that I had the shot either. If I had known I...

Good luck with the parents and sibling.I read it can take over 10 years for a sibling to get approved.
Quicker for parent usually.

They usually ask if im from Australia.
And then you have to speak slower and not use slang or they are totally lost. Even now, some family members here have trouble with what i say.
