I have now received my Employment Authorization Card and it does have the approved date of December 13th 2010. It is valid for one year under Category C09 with no employment...

My EAD arrived today, although it was approved on December 13th 2010. Biometrics done on February 9th 2011. It does not include advance parole as I already have documentation for this.

Maybe it's because their systems are down. Don't give up, just keep trying their website and I would suggest you clear your browser history first. Do call them again and don't forget to ask to speak...

Update: Arrived back at JFK PoE. The CBPO took my passport and documentation and finger prints on the scanner. She then escorted me to the secondary interview area where I was asked 2 questions...
