I am considering moving to the ME on a 1 year (renewable) contract.

It is obviously tax free in the ME, is it also tax free in the UK?

My dad was an expat in Hong Kong and a lot of expats there, (police, government officials etc) used to supplement their income with bribes. You know the usual stuff: Cash, women, Rolex watches etc. ...

Thanks for your very candid response....i would come and work there in a heartbeat so long as i was being paid a premium to put up with at the shit you guys obviously have to...but the tax free haven...
