For currency exchange, depending the amount you're thinking off, I'd stay away from highstreet banks and the kind of money changers you see at the airport, rates are normally low and commission high....

To tell you the truth, I don't think there is much of a pattern in all this. Looking at other threads and based on my own experience it all seems a bit random. Probably not a case of two steps...

Morningside medical practice do them,- just oppisite the Waitrose. You'll need to get your x-rays done at the Murrayfield Spire hospital next to the zoo. Its not cheap.
