Thanks, I've gone over and over the info and it says 'you may have to provide'. I was unsure because for Canada I had to provide 2 copies of this before they would even accept my application!

AmTrak from New York. They have to fly from an American airport as its a pre-paid flexible ticket but you can't go from Canada.

I'm British so I would have to spend time at customs, I can't drive you're right I guess a cab is an option, just thinking about the cost if theres a long line at customs?
