Why do I need to put the dog on my goods to follow? Wouldn't that be covered by the customs clearance at the airport? How would I even list her and assign a value on the goods to follow list?

Thanks! Yes, I will carry all my documents including old passport, new passport and anything else I can think of! It should help that I'm travelling with my Canadian husband and kids as well.
