To those putting petrol as cheaper in oz (which per litre it is) consider this:

Take 2 very popular family size cars from the same company. The Mondeo is (at last) sold in Oz but very expencive...

Yes it can be confusing, right now the uv index in Brisbane is 7, yet it still feels as hot on your skin as did at 11:35 this morning when the UV index was an insane 13!

I have 3 offroad parking spaces on Vulture street just 2 mins walk to the Gabba. Parking around here is a nightmare on game days so pm me if anyone is interested.

I am glad you posted that link. Zoopla.co.uk is new to me but it seems very good, lots of useful info and well laid out. Better than righmove and way better than the likes of Domain we get here.

You took your time;) That house sold for $290,000, Ok not too bad for an outer Brisbane suburb but still way above UK average of $253,044

The only way to know when gold hits it's peak is when I buy some because bollockchops here only ever buys anything at the top of a bubble. So when I do I will let it be know and you better sell fast....
