they aren't the only ones, other militaries can.

I have got other qualifications and that was for my job.

it will be a 10 year stint at the base.

The spanish military put money in, they don't provide troops, they can only suggest troops that they think would be suitable and they dont have any power...

They aren't purely employed by UN/NATO so they get some tax off, as other militaries put money in, also the Spanish is one of the militaries, so they are happy. It isn't a scam.

no, they are jointly employed by the UN/NATO and other agencies, and they do a lot of special forces work.
