I'm not saying I don't like living in al ain I actually love it here as you do not get the manic ways of the two main cities I have made loads of good friends since being here as its a small expat...

If your young and without kids stay away from AA unless of course you hate seeing people. The coffee morning are for the older gossips if you like that sort of thing otherwise move to Dubai. House...

It is very rare to find fully furnished in AA and if so its not cheap. Housing in general is ex[ensive in AA as the Landlords are still being greedy from he Dubai gold rush however I have noticed...

Look at Sunflower nursery as well for the younger ones. The times are better than the AAESS also the AAESS is the only real english speaking school in Al Ain and all the expats send their kids there...

Make what you want from it. The quiet life yes Al Ain is the place but once the E66 is finished is should only be a straight 60min and bit drive. Currently i can go Al Ain to Jumeriah beech in 1hr...
