I was asking for a rough idea of places in Florida which are affordable!!! Yes I am aware its a big place, however I'm sure there are places which are known to be more expensive to live in!!!

Nice as in... A good place to raise a family and affordable, looking at a decent size house for $260,000 ish.

We were set to move to Penticton in Canada last year but it all fell through at last...

yeah the coaching job is a full time job but it's strange hours so would allow him to teach aswell. So do you think he would need 2 LMO then?

Waggle, he would have to stay in the employment for atleast 1 year. His hopes would be that once PR he could apply for teaching jobs.
