I contacted the CO and informed about this issue. He suggested me to fill the PCC waiver form and submit for approval. Its approval has not been assured though.

Got an email from CO asking for health & PCC. All other requirements are met. Looks like things are going on track :-)

If you apply for GSM idenpendent (with new skill select of course) then you can live anywhere in Oz and can work in any profession. There is no restriction on that.

I do not have any document to prove the date of birth for some of my non-migrating, non-dependent family memebers. However, it was mandatory to provide this info during online 175 application...
