You will definitely need a medical as you will be in the healthcare sector. Even as a manager, there will be times when you will be needed on the floor with the need for an occasional hands on.

I think 6-8 weeks is a good timeline for it. I sent mine in the 2nd week of November and started checking my account for the CC charge from the middle of December but it wasn't until 22nd of December...

Another 2 months ( by current processing times) for TWP though CHC London. That is if no medicals are required. I understand another 4 weeks gets added for medicals.

Yep, I've been asked to send a police cert from the US even though I sent one with the original application in 2010 and have only been there a couple of times for periods not exceeding 10 days each...
