Myself my fiance and our 2 month old son had our meds done 29/11/10 at the panel doc listed in Manchester.
Medical/blood tests plus chest x-ray for myself and fiance and just medical for our son...

Yes my fiance is listed as defaco partner. Although my 5 week old son isn't at the moment, we've just applied for his passport so will add him on once recieved.
