Yes, they do go back forever. Even if an offence is spent for other purposes, its not spent where migration is concerned and ALL of them should be declared no matter how long ago.

as to the other issue on the spine , i have no notes on this issue it was just mentioned to me as i have grown older , where would i get such notes from? thanks.

PS as the thread also mentions police checks how far back do they go? 10 years?
If there are no doctor's notes then you can't take any Just tell the panel doctor anything you can and they might want a specialists report. Just suggested getting notes as if there is anything on file it helps sometimes (and saves time) to take it to the medical appointment with you.

Thanks moneypenny for the info.

As for Dorothy... what NHS! oh that free err.. shambles of a medical system my super tax has proped up in the past so that those at the bottom of the food chain or should i say idle folk can apply some so called illness in order to gain all of the above benifits you mention, I have always had a job but wouldnt qualify for unemployment payments due to savings etc etc, dont intend on having children but the relativly small amount of statutory maternity pay compared to my tax in one year is miles apart, as for the pension schemes i dont think there will be any when i retire at 90 if the government carry on raising the age as they do and as for housing benefits etc as i said previously i dont qualify. So all in all ill take my hard earned cash elsewhere where the migration system seems to stop the majority of low life scroungers getting through the system, unlike the UK.

No i wasnt born with a silver spoon in my mouth either just come from ordinary background and worked very hard, sorry but alot of folk agree with me and thats why they leave this place.
