That was my concern as it is a new owner and new name even though it's the same family. Everyone else from the old company will easily transfer over to the new company as they are former L1's now GC...

Sounds like you got a fair amount sorted then. Glad you found your property and school, thats a huge chunk of the work done, we travelled miles for days deciding where to rent and its such a relief...

Just been on city data and got some helpful info. Costs in the region of $150-$170 per wk full time so far with 15% discount for 1 twin. The part time costs are about $100 per wk for 5 hours per day...
