I have to say that most of my clients are aware of MLS (realtor.ca) but pretty much always ask me to send them the realtor version of the listing as it has more information on it, they use realtor.ca...

If you are going to be visiting your family in Brampton every day I would say moving close to them would make sense, if it is more like once a week or even once every month I would personally move...
