Have you used e-tax before? If not, I would say prepare your tax using e-tax, print it and then send it via post. Then, as from next year, you'll be able to e-lodge your tax return.

Go with an agent - it will save you time and you'll be at peace knowing that you're not missing any document, etc. I would highly recommend George Lombard. I thought I knew the whole application...

Yeah, that's what I meant - send a PLE. What I'm saying is that the status not changing doesn't mean that they aren't working on your case.

The mods will say "it takes as long as it takes". But I say do it. Send a polite e-mail and it might help. That said - my documents are still marked as Required.
