Did you mention to your co name when you sent the email to check if co has received you PCC or not? I have uploaded my PCC last month and there is no email notification sent to me. I'm curious if my co received it or not. My document checklist all still display as required. I hope that my co just does not update the status.
Should I send an email to check with my co?

send in a PLE writing tht u have send the PCC
but never got any mail confirmation
and the online status is still showing it as required
kindly let know if PCC is received or not
and if anything else is required
PLE guys will forward it to ur CO
who usually will reply back to a PCC query
and also update online status later
dont ask how long application will take

Yeah, that's what I meant - send a PLE. What I'm saying is that the status not changing doesn't mean that they aren't working on your case.

In my opinion , send a very short and polite mail at your co team mail id, do not forget to mention your TRN and CO name at first para of mail body.
Inform him that you have uploaded/sent all mentioned documents as per request for information.pdf , and request him to suggest if anything additional required from your side. I raised only one PLE at the time of application submission to inform my CSL status. After that I am communicating with her only through her team ID.
Officially PLE has a SLA and your mail doesn't have , still mail works faster.
I always received reply within 1 hour .

Dear coolbull,
In my opinion , send a very short and polite mail at your co team mail id, do not forget to mention your TRN and CO name at first para of mail body.
Inform him that you have uploaded/sent all mentioned documents as per request for information.pdf , and request him to suggest if anything additional required from your side. I raised only one PLE at the time of application submission to inform my CSL status. After that I am communicating with her only through her team ID.
