Thanks for that Liam! It's great to be able to help somebody and have it all work out. I can't wait for the final update, I'm really excited for you both, in fact dead jealous, and I'm sure you'll...

Re: Part II Discussion - The hardest thing I've ever done

To Kath and Graham, my apologies for my earlier post, quoting your post on rentals. On re-reading it, it sounds like I'm having a pop at you! I wasn't. I enclosed it in my post to reinforce my point,...

Re: Feeling Broken-hearted

Renting anything is more difficult with pets, either permanent or holiday. Get over it. The same applies with children, many properties don't want kids. It's just another thing to deal with. Fact is...

Re: Feeling Broken-hearted

Re: Feeling Broken-hearted

Re: Feeling Broken-hearted

I would like to think that I could take in a pet that needed a new home, and ensure that it was happy and healthy, and didn't miss its previous owner, and hats off to you that you have done it. I...

Re: Feeling Broken-hearted

I'm afraid I'm not brave enough to have another pet. I just act as a sitter now and then when asked.
