I thought the estate agents vet the potential tenants. I would only accept working couples or a family.
My daughter rents a property and that had no white goods at all. We bought hers all for her.

Exactly what we thought I dont want to sell our home. The market is not as good as it used to be. Plus I dont want to start all over again if I end up not wanting to stay in Spain with having to fund...

Either at his parents our daughters or in the static caravan we own. Or most of the time he will be tramping out monday to friday!
