We'll see what happens - 1 year, 3 years, 7 years and 1 month - it's still temporary by virtue of a temporary visa, unless they then give a further definition of the word temporary, which isn't given...

My daughter is in a similar situation. She was here in the US on a H4 attached to her dad's H1B. She went back to the UK in October 2010, applied in January 2011 and in early Feb, got unconditional...

Is the 9 or 12 months from initial application or from when they receive our 120 day letter information? Still no email for us - yet :confused:

I'm confused now - if we applied before 26 June, no need for language proficiency test even though it says so on the new checklist which comes with the much awaited 120 day email?

Sorry, just in case is not a good enough reason to mutilate a dog, or cat in case of 'declawing'. My cat broke his leg the other day, should I have his other legs amputated just in case he injuries...

I see this "return to manufacturer" as a cop-out - it's common to find it on items here in the US too. I use my ignorance of consumer law to my advantage when I return an item to the store I bought...

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to give it a few weeks to see if my further lifestyle changes help - I too have/am losing weight, I'll up the exercise, meditation and take some natural stuff too...

Is having a high BP (without meds) a reason for having a failed medical? I've been working hard at bringing it down this year but if I do need meds, is this also a reason for a failed medical? ...
