I just need to fill form 1022? or anything more? Because 1022 doesnt have any section for childs passport number.

So this forms need to be uploaded from applicants immi account...

I was granted PR in 2009 and my initial entry date was aug 2010. I went to Australia in Aug 2010 came back in oct 2010.

Then again I went in March 2013 and came back in October...

I have been granted Australian Residency in Sep 2009. Total I have been in Australia for 9 months ..

7 months in 2013
