We landed in Feb 2009 and have since returned to the UK. We still received our PR card and like you were given a toll free number that can only be called within Canada. We are just going to have to...

Phew! Thanks for the reassurance. I was getting worried that something was wrong but I guess it's just down to backlog! I have noted down the number of the call centre but will wait for a while...
