OK so notice of action arrived today and it states that 'since i have been granted permanent residence, an EAD card will not be issued. This is incorrect, my L2 has been renewed!

Anyone else...

My husband and I cam on L1a (not blanket) and L2, App was submitted in April, we got two RFE'S, petition was finally approved in the June, we had interview in early July and moved 2 weeks...

So my husbands L1 and my L2 and EAD renewals were all approved on Monday 18 June,(according to the USCIS site) but I am wondering how long it is taking right now to actually get the EAD...

We move to California 2 weeks after our visa was approved (L1A / L2) and have been living here for almost 2months now and we are loving it!!

Moving to Northern California in less than 2 weeks - Questions need answering!!!

Moving on the 25th July, removals people arrive on Wednesday and we move out of our home here in the UK on Thursday. Staying with friends and family until we fly on the 25th.

We are moving to Los Gatos, about 10 mins from San Jose, and I can't wait!

When we fly out we are going via NYC, having an overnight stay there and then flying...

Visa approved - Moving in 2 weeks! HELP!

Morning all.

Visa approved yesterday and flights booked for sunday 25th July! We are moving to California but have decided to have a 1 night stop in NYC on the way to San Fran.

VISA APPROVED!!!!!!! Yipppppeeeeeeeeee!

Arrived at the embassy at 7.15am, got inside at 7.45am, out by 8.45am!!

Had a glass of champagne in my hand by 9.45am!!

Still in shock but flights...
