there is a part on the application form where the applicant is being ask of history of visa rejection. so it will still be considered, if the cause of previous rejection is fraud... again it will be...

by the way, if the decision has already been made... it maybe irreversible. i think the next step to apply to Migration Review Tribunal, if you feel you have a strong case. or just re-apply for 175....

this is what i know also... DIAC will exhaust all effort to verify all your claims, if ever they get negative response, or anything that can affect their grant decision, CO should contact you for...

thanks for that info.. i stand corrected about certifications. also on RPL, it should be 8 years. still, given that he has only 3 years of experience... he will find it hard to be positively...

are you referring to Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer? an educational criterion? not aware of this... can anyone confirm? i think it's just a certification from MS and a supporting doc for...

yes i would definitely 100% agree with you... that was the biggest hurdle on our application (went thru RPL route) and the entire skill assessment took 5 months!!! it is a make or break step so...

please update us on your COs reply, this is the first time we heard an SS approved by state but invalid on DIAC... what can caused this? future applicants can be aware and avoid similar scenario....
