1x mountain bike in box 155 x 72 x 20 - 18kg

80p per kilo +
30p per kilo fuel +
9p per kilo war risk +
8p per kilo hanndling charge +
8p per kilo x-ray charge =

£1.35 per kilo...

Air Canada Cargo. £1.35 per kilo plus an overall customs charge of £25. I am sure British Airways would offer something similar.
