Really? I've seen a that a consulatation document was released last week, canvassing opinion on the idea that local authorities can set their own speed limits - probably leading to more 20 mph zones...

Obviously it depends on your situation and if you are paying cash, but rents are much less than mortgage payments on similar properties so make sure it won't cost you too much money.
