Just wondered if anyone has any experience here......we've been here for over a year now yet still no-one will give us any form of credit. We were warned before coming that it was almost impossible...

I ended up paying £300 to RS, and referred to the contractor who then increased the quote by over £900. I was not best pleased....... I am still waiting to hear about my refund...
