New SOL will replace old SOL not CSL. It's a huge difference.

New SOL will apply to all applications lodged after 08/02/2010. But it doesnot exist right now. Got the trick?

It's just your guessing.
In fact, I think there is no need for states to copy CSL as it gives enough priority for applicants (CSL + SS = 3 cat.)

Instead, states will make their own lists that...

If all documents are marked as "MET", meds and police checks "finalised" then usually after character verification goes visa finalisation, unless, they have additional questions to ask based on the...

Today meds criteria are the main issue for many applicants and I think it's not fair and event stupid to exclude from the process "decision ready" applications with front loaded meds, especially when...
