One of my friends got his visa rejected due to IELTS mark. It was overall 6 but 2 units where 5.5. He though overall 6 is fine and submitted the paper based application last year October...

I think you signature, the IELTS date should be 8th Dec 2008 rather than Dec 2009?? ;)

I see. So for the credit history, there is no strict rule (like need to be at least 1 year in country) and just depend on banks whether they agree on mortgage or not. Am I right?
