i have only played ria and cima.
however further to the golf deal i got earlier this week www.yourgolftravel.com have now beaten it with 3 nights HB at Islantilla golf hotel with 4 days unlimited...

I seem to remember these being 189,000 euros when I looked at them 4 or 5 years ago. But exchange rate was about 1.4
So I suppose they are down about a third in sterling terns.

my agent has come back to me. we are gonna play CE as a 4th game for £40 and its a day ticket so will probably play 27holes. the hotel deal is 3 nights HB with 3 games at isla for £133! awesome

In answer to my own question I have found that the riu atlantico was refurbed this time last year and according to a few posters on this forum is excellent so it appears that is a good choice....
