Again, I can only say what I was told but initially the HRT was not meant to be applied to UK nationals but 'Europe' (:blink:) decided it had to be otherwise it was discrimination against...

I think you're right - you only need to take the HRT if you are planning to claim unemployment benefits. If you're returning and not putting in a 'claim' you just land and resume your UK life. Not...
