Hi there!

My man and I have just moved to Oz from Portsmouth and we're wondering if there are any groups of expat poms around the Northern Beaches area we can get to know. Or a sporting group...

Thanks! The Mothercare site had two versions a bit cheaper than what I have seen so far - but still considerably more expensive than UK (I think the basic John Lewis one was £29!). Going to keep...

I'm Aussie and even I abhor the Aussie accents on tv, and it seems even stronger when you hear it overseas....'cringy' is the only way to describe it! But it's not the WHOLE population that speak...

Oi oi!

I'm searching for any merchant seamen from the UK who have tried to get work in Australia (any state).

I've heard it's next to impossible due to the Unions in Oz.

Any stories / advice...
