I cant really comment on brick layer being on the csl as i think it has been removed but as your husband has no qualifications the best way to prove his worth as a bricky or any other building trade...

yea I hear what your saying but if I keep a keen eye on property all the time it will give us a better idea of how things are changing and what area's do well. i dont hurt to plan ahead dose it?

I've looked at alexdrana heights, any one have an idea what its like as an area? it looks a lot cheaper than other suburbs.

its only 14km to perth city, easy cycling distance to avoid commutes in...

If I wanted to but a $414,000 home in WA with a $135,000 deposit what kind of annual income would i need to be earning?
