There is a wakeboarding cable park there being built at the moment... Should be open around summer and that area will be packed...

They are using it for different fines. Tailgating, speeding etc.. and what I meant hidden is they hide it in a parking somewhere behind another car or bus to make it more difficult to spot.

At the western Region of Abu Dhabi and Certain areas in Dubai, Sharjah and RAK. Cars are given free to locals. Not all Locals get free cars but 70% do.
