I highly recommend paying for the fast track service. Took nearly a month for them to get mine back to me (sent it just after my medical).

Yep. This isn't the kind of police check you pick up from the local station; it has to be ACPO. Maybe you need to read over the paperwork again :)

As is my wife. She immigrated there about 14 years ago as a child and became a citizen about 6 years ago.

No doubt I've another letter to write.

We've just taken a look through the forms. That address isn't anywhere apart from in my wife's American passport from when she landed in Canada! What a bizarre place to take it from!!!

Cheers mate. I noticed you mentioned the file ID number in the subject line of the email in another PPR thread.

The document I have doesn't say anything about putting the file id on the paperwork...
